Terms and conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from weebluecoogiftsandscents. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

Our goods are handmade to order so please allow for time to have your goods made, we aim to ship within 7 working days of ordering, this may be slightly longer during busy periods.

By ordering goods from us you are considered to have understood and accepted these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions at any time.

Prices

UK and Channel Islands. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on personalised items unless defective. We do not accept order cancellations. In the rare event of an error, we will process a refund. Contact us within 7 days of goods delivery at weebluecoo@gmail.com for any issues, you the buyer are responsible for returning the goods to us no later than 21 days from delivery date.

Delivery Policy

We use Royal Mail standard delivery to ship parcels

Should a parcel be returned as a result of failed delivery, a £9 + VAT surcharge is applied by the courier and will be passed to the customer. Any refused deliveries also incur this charge.

In case of delivery in a Safe Place, the Delivery Scan Record shall be evidence of delivery of the Parcel, whether to the requested safe place or an alternative decided by the courier. These are the terms you agree to when requesting this via Royal Mail or by placing an order as we use their service and are bound by their terms.

Any issues with delivery should be reported within 24 hours.

Colour of reproduction

We take great care with the colours used in images and throughout our marketing. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate.

Law

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
